We will start with a consultation to discuss your concerns and make a treatment plan which we will review at each visit.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable, casual attire. Shorts are helpful for leg massage. Towels are also used to cover parts of your body so you feel comfortable
WHAT IS SPORTS MASSAGE?
A ‘hands on’ treatment technique which involves the mobilising and manipulation of the body's soft tissue and myofascial structures. It was originally developed for athletes to prevent and relieve injuries that can manifest after repeated strenuous physical activity or injury. However both athletes and non-athletes can gain physiological and psychological benefits from receiving sports massage therapy
